Daniela María
Daniela María, originally from Quito, Ecuador, now lives along the Front Range in Colorado, where land, spirit, and service converge in her life’s work. Her path of healing - mind, body, and soul - led her into yoga, permaculture, regenerative agriculture, biodynamics, and the deeper cosmologies that shape how we relate to Earth, time, and each other.
With hands-on experience in farming and animal husbandry, Daniela has taught permaculture and biodynamics since 2019, introducing biodynamic practices on farms and in homes across Colorado and Chicago. Her work bridges the practical and the mystical - soil science and sacred geometry, food systems and soul systems - guiding people back into embodied relationship with land, food, and purpose.
She currently works with Boulder Food Rescue, supporting food justice and community nourishment, and teaches yoga at E8 Yoga Studio, where she weaves embodiment, nervous system regulation, and spiritual ecology into her classes.
Reverent Roots is Daniela’s living offering—born from her devotion to regeneration, sovereignty, and remembrance. Through embodied education, and a holistic vision, she helps people remember who they are, why they’re here, and how to live in reverent reciprocity with the Earth.
